  • Description: The Lournie Chipper is situated at the other end of Laurencekirk. Before the Tower Restaurant opened, some school kids came here for lunch, but not anymore.

    Also, there is a sweet shop attatched to the takeaway, which is one of the hotspots for the teenagers to loiter around.

  • Description: Situated in the middle of the High Street, Muffins opened a few years ago, and serves homemade food, soups and cakes, not to mention their delicious smoothies.

  • Description: The Oriental Cottage is, as the name suggests a Chinese takeaway. Situated on the high street, it is hard to imagine Laurencekirk without this convenience, pulling in crowds 6 nights a week.
  • However, unfortunately Laurencekirk is home to a lot of small minded, ignorant people, and the staff of this outlet sometimes have to put up with hassle from these idiots.

  • Description: This Baker is situated on the gih street located between the Spar and the Post Office.
  • The sausage rolls they sell here are a personal favourite of mine is the sausage rolls from there!

  • Description: The Tower Restaurant is one of two chip shops in Laurencekirk, except this one has a restaurant.

    Situated across from the Secondary School, it is a prime location for teenagers on their lunch break.
